Course Overview
This BA (Hons) Business and Event Management course focuses on building the skills and experience you need in business and event management, particularly the logistical and operational elements of event management. One of the special features of this degree is that in the second and final year, you have the opportunity to plan, design, and implement your own events. Business is brought to life on this BA (Hons) Business and Event Management degree with a focus on current real-world business and event and project management practice. You will work on live business projects and case studies to develop your confidence, business knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and understanding of event management principles and design.
You will explore a range of topics such as management, events design and creation, marketing, project management, operations management, branding, public relations, virtual events, communications, and sustainability to provide you with a strong foundation of the event, project, and business management needed by employers today.

Entry requirements
- UCAS – 96-112 tariff points from A levels or combination with AS / EPQ / BTEC/ Cambridge Technical.
- A-Levels- BBC-CCC
- BTEC/Cambridge Technical- DMM-MMM
- GCSEs- C or better in English language and mathematics.
- IB- 28 points
- Access to HE Diploma- Pass with at least 15 credits at Merit.
- IELTS- 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5.
